A Kiss from Rose | God Is and God Will
When life is coming from every direction, remember Who is standing in the middle of it with you.
There is so much going on.
One thing needs your attention over here. Something unexpected happens over there. Family needs you. Work needs you. Bills need handling. Decisions need making. Somebody needs an answer. Something needs fixing. And while you’re dealing with today’s responsibilities, tomorrow is already tapping you on the shoulder.
Sometimes you just want to say, “Lord, can everybody and everything take a number?!”
But in the middle of all that movement, remember two powerful truths:
God IS. And God WILL.
God is present.
God is faithful.
God is your refuge.
God is your strength.
God is your peace when everything around you feels loud.
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 (KJV)
And because God is, you can trust that God will.
God will guide you through what you don’t understand.
God will give you wisdom for the decisions in front of you.
God will provide what you need according to His will.
God will strengthen you when you’re tired.
God will carry what has become too heavy.
God will comfort the places nobody knows are hurting.
God will show you what requires your attention and what you can release.
You don’t have to solve your entire life today.

When everything starts coming from every direction, don’t start running in every direction with it.
Get still.
David said, “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD…” — Psalm 121:1–2 (KJV)
Handle what God gives you grace to handle today.
Take the next step.
Make the next decision.
Say the next prayer.
Do the next right thing.
And leave tomorrow in God’s hands until tomorrow gets here.
You may not know how everything is going to work out.
You may not know when everything is going to settle.
You may not even know what God is doing behind the scenes.
But you know enough:
God is here.
God is able.
God is faithful.
God is carrying me.
And whatever comes next…
GOD WILL be God when I get there too.
