š Proverbs 16:23 (KJV)
āThe heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips.ā
š„ What This Really Means:
š§ Itās not always what you sayā¦
Itās how you say it.
When you say it.
And the spirit you carry when it leaves your mouth.
š” Real Talk:
You can be right⦠and still be wrong.
Right message.
Wrong tone.
Wrong timing.
Wrong energy.
And now what couldāve been received⦠gets rejected.
šļø Your approach is your delivery system.
It determines whether your words build or break.
Whether they land or fall flat.
Whether they heal or offend.
šļø Some people donāt have a communication problemā¦
They have an approach problem.
Too sharp.
Too loud.
Too dismissive.
Too careless.
Then wonder why doors close, conversations shut down, and relationships shift.
š Proverbs 15:1
āA soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.ā
š„ You donāt have to water yourself downā¦
But you do have to be mindful.
Because delivery carries weight.
š You can correct without disrespect.
You can express without attacking.
You can be honest without being harmful.
š« Not every truth needs to be thrown.
Some truths need to be placed.
šš½ Check your approach:
Before you speakā¦
Ask yourself:
Is this helpful or just emotional?
Is this building or just releasing?
Is this necessary or just reactive?
š Grandmaās Corner
Your words can open doors⦠or close them.
Same message.
Different approach.
Choose wisely.
