GIVE IT TO GOD AND GO LIVE YOUR LIFE!

Stop allowing what you cannot control to steal the joy from what you can enjoy!

Now, let’s have a little Grandma’s Corner conversation!

How many times are you going to pray about something, give it to God, and then turn around and pick it right back up?

LORD, HAVE MERCY!

You’re checking, worrying, overthinking, replaying conversations, imagining outcomes, and trying to solve problems that haven’t even happened!

Meanwhile, life is passing you by.

YOU HAVE A WHOLE LIFE TO LIVE!

Philippians 4:6–7 reminds us to bring our concerns to God through prayer and thanksgiving, and speaks of His peace guarding our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Notice that prayer invites us into God’s peace—not into another twelve-hour shift of worrying!

Now, giving it to God doesn’t mean ignoring your responsibilities.

Make the appointment. Have the conversation. Pay the bill. Set the boundary. Do what wisdom requires.

BUT STOP TRYING TO CONTROL WHAT ISN’T YOURS TO CONTROL!

You cannot make people change.

You cannot rewrite yesterday.

You cannot force every door open.

And you certainly cannot worry your way into tomorrow’s answers!

Matthew 6:34 reminds us not to be consumed by tomorrow’s troubles.

So while you’re trusting God, GO LIVE!

Enjoy your family. Call your friends. Take the walk. Laugh out loud. Celebrate the little things. Make some memories.

And please, stop feeling guilty for experiencing joy while something in your life remains unresolved!

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE PEACE BEFORE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.

God never asked you to put your entire life on hold until every problem disappeared.

So pray about it. Handle your part. Release what you cannot change.

Then get up, open those curtains, and participate in the life God has given you!

BECAUSE YOU CAN TRUST GOD WITH YOUR BURDENS WITHOUT MAKING WORRY YOUR FULL-TIME JOB!

GIVE IT TO GOD. LEAVE IT IN HIS HANDS. AND GO LIVE YOUR LIFE!
