You’ve been counting your problems—but have you counted your blessings lately?
🛑 Pause. Breathe. Look around.
You woke up today.
You still have purpose even if you’re unsure of the plan.
You’ve survived storms that were designed to drown you.
You laugh even when life isn’t perfect.
You’ve got grace covering your gaps.
You pray even when you feel weary—that’s faith working.
Blessings don’t always come wrapped in fancy paper.
Sometimes they come disguised as closed doors, detours, and disappointments that were really divine redirections.
📖
SCRIPTURES TO REMEMBER:
Psalm 103:2 (KJV)
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV)
“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning…”
Ephesians 1:3 (KJV)
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings…”
🔥
WHAT THIS REALLY MEANS:
You are not forgotten.
You are not forsaken.
You are not failing—you are being formed.
Every second you choose peace instead of panic…
Every moment you choose faith instead of fear…
Every time you bounce back when life tried to break you…
That’s evidence of blessing.
🪞
REFLECT:
Have I been measuring blessings by what I don’t have, instead of what I do?
What miracles in motion am I overlooking because they look ordinary?
Have I thanked God for the small things that make big things possible?
🙏🏽
PRAYER:
Lord,
Forgive me for the times I focused on what I lacked instead of what I carried.
Thank You for every breath, every battle You’ve brought me through, and every unseen blessing You’ve placed around me.
Open my eyes to see clearly, and my heart to receive fully.
Let me walk in gratitude, speak with joy, and live knowing I am more blessed than I even realize.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
💌 GRANDMA’S NOTE:
Blessings don’t always shout—they whisper. You may not be rich, but you’re still covered. Still walking. Still chosen. You’re more blessed than you think.
