A Kiss from Rose | Too Far Fridays What Are You Waiting For

Let’s get real for a minute—some of y’all are out here talking about how you’re waiting for the “perfect time” to start chasing your goals. Newsflash: the perfect time doesn’t exist. You’re either going to do it or keep making excuses.

You say, “I’m just waiting for a sign.” Meanwhile, the sign has been sitting right in front of you, collecting dust because you’re too busy scrolling social media. You’re not stuck; you’re just comfortable. Growth doesn’t come from staying in your safe zone—it comes from doing the things that make you uncomfortable.

Here’s the blunt truth: life isn’t going to wait for you to get it together. Opportunities aren’t going to knock forever. So stop blaming time, other people, or your circumstances and start making moves. It’s okay to stumble. What’s not okay is sitting still, pretending you’re “waiting” when you’re really just scared.

Get up. Go do the thing. You’ll thank yourself later.
