A Kiss from Rose | There’s A Leak In This Old Building

This song reminds us of a simple truth: our bodies are temporary homes.

Just like an old building with cracks and leaks, our earthly life shows signs of wear and weakness. We get tired. We hurt. We struggle.

But the song is not about despair — it is about hope.

Because when this “old building” can no longer stand, God has already prepared something better.

A new home.

A glorified body.

An eternal place where pain, sickness, and sorrow cannot reach.

So every ache, every trial, every tear is a reminder that this world is not the end.

We are just passing through, on our way to something greater.

“For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.” — 2 Corinthians 5:1
