A Kiss from Rose | The Past is No More

Sometimes, people will cling to the image of who you once were, unable to accept the growth God has worked within you. They may talk behind your back, whispering doubts about your transformation, not realizing that your path now reflects a higher purpose. As you continue to evolve, remember: “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Yes, you’ve moved beyond the drama. The doors they once easily walked through are now closed, not out of bitterness but out of wisdom and God-given peace. They’re troubled not by your progress but by their loss of access to the light you now carry. Keep walking forward with grace and confidence, for “No weapon formed against you shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17), and trust that your story is unfolding as it should.

After today, embrace a new chapter filled with purpose, love, and a strengthened spirit. “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” (Exodus 14:14). Let go of who they think you are and hold tight to who God says you are. Keep shining! Your journey isn’t just about overcoming—it’s about thriving.
