Let this be your daily rhythm: gratitude. Not just for what’s easy to praise, but for what shaped you when no one saw.
📖 Scripture
“In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)
💡 Let’s Talk About It
Some days are beautiful.
Some days are broken.
Some feel like blessings.
Others feel like burdens.
But here’s the truth: God wastes nothing.
Every season, every scar, every situation—He’s using it. Whether you’re dancing in the overflow or crawling through the valley, there is always a reason to say “thank You, Lord.”
✨ Thank Him For…
The Good
• Peaceful mornings, answered prayers, unexpected blessings, open doors.
• These remind you of His favor.
The Hard
• Delays, heartbreaks, losses, trials.
• These stretch your faith and sharpen your purpose.
The Hidden
• The things He blocked that you didn’t even know about.
• The prayers He answered with “not yet” or “no” to protect you.
The People
• Those who stayed and those who left.
• Those who helped you and those who hurt you.
• Everyone played a part in your growth.
The You You’ve Become
• You’re stronger now. Wiser.
• Your resilience is laced in grace.
• You made it through what was sent to destroy you.
🪞 Reflection
Have you thanked God lately for what didn’t go your way?
Have you paused to say thank You for what you learned through loss?
Do you see His hand even in the silence?
🛐 Prayer of Gratitude
Lord, I thank You for every chapter of my life—written and unwritten.
Thank You for the open doors and the closed ones.
Thank You for the joy and even the tears.
I praise You for the people who lifted me, and those who taught me hard lessons.
I see now that nothing was wasted.
Even when I didn’t understand it, You were working it out.
Keep my heart grateful, my spirit lifted, and my eyes always fixed on You.
In all things, I give You glory.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
💌 Grandma’s Note:
Listen, don’t just thank Him for what’s in your hands—thank Him for what He kept from your hands too. Even your disappointments had purpose. The God you serve is sovereign. Don’t wait until things are perfect to be grateful. Be grateful, and watch how He perfects all things.
