A Kiss from Rose | PRAYER FOR A SOUND MIND & WISE DECISIONS

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for being the Author of peace, not confusion. I come before You asking for mental soundness, clarity of thought, and the wisdom to make decisions that align with Your will.

Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7:

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

So today, I silence every voice of chaos, fear, doubt, overthinking, and anxiety—and I invite Your calm clarity into every part of my mind.

🧠 Make Me Mentally Strong, God

Help me manage the weight of my responsibilities without being overwhelmed. Renew my thoughts daily. Protect me from mental warfare and instability. Guard my mind from stress, depression, confusion, and burnout.

💡 Lead Me to Wise Decisions

Lord, I don’t want to move ahead of You or delay when You say go. I need divine discernment to make decisions that bring peace, progress, and purpose. Your Word declares in James 1:5,

“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God… and it shall be given.”

So I’m asking. Give me wisdom that surpasses my education, experience, and emotions.

🪞Help Me to Think, Not Just React

Teach me how to pause in prayer before making choices. Let my “yes” be aligned with heaven and my “no” be rooted in discernment. I rebuke impulsivity, people-pleasing, and indecision.

📖 Let me be like Solomon in 1 Kings 3:9, who prayed:

“Give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong.”

Grant me that same discernment in my home, relationships, career, finances, and walk with You.

🙌🏽 I declare:

• I have mental stability.

• I walk in God-given wisdom.

• I make sound, strategic, Spirit-led decisions.

Even when pressure comes, I will choose prayer over panic and purpose over impulse.
