Overthinking is a thief.
It steals your peace in the midnight hour.
It rewrites God’s plan with fear-based edits.
It tells you that your “what ifs” matter more than your “God saids.”
Your mind begins racing…
Your joy takes a back seat…
And before you know it, you’ve talked yourself out of blessings Heaven already delivered.

A Prayer in the Midst:
Lord, calm the storms inside my mind.
Silence the noise of doubt, the spirals of “what if,” and the weight of my own logic.
Help me to trust You more than I trust my fear.
You are not the author of confusion — You are the keeper of peace.
So I surrender my need to control…
and choose to rest in Your divine orchestration.
Amen.
