A Kiss from Rose | Noonday Prayer

Father God,

In the middle of this day, I pause.

Right here.

Right now.

Before I move another step, make another decision, or carry another thought…

I acknowledge You.

Thank You for keeping me through this morning.

Thank You for strength I didn’t even realize I was using.

Thank You for covering me, guiding me, and allowing me to make it this far today.

📖 Psalm 121:8

“The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in…”

Lord, as the day continues, refresh me.

Where I feel tired—renew me.

Where I feel overwhelmed—settle me.

Where my mind is scattered—center me.

Give me clarity for what’s ahead.

Focus for what needs to be done.

Peace for what I cannot control.

Guard my heart.

Let no frustration take root.

Let no negativity attach itself to me.

Let no distraction pull me away from purpose.

📖 Isaiah 26:3

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee…”

Keep me in perfect peace, Lord.

In conversations—be my words.

In decisions—be my wisdom.

In every space I enter—be my covering.

Order the rest of my day.

Align me with the right people, the right timing, and the right opportunities.

Let everything I do be done with intention and grace.

And when the day begins to wind down…

Let me reflect with gratitude, not exhaustion.

Knowing You carried me through it all.

I trust You with the rest of this day.
