A Kiss from Rose | He Is Always On Time
You thought God was late. He was preparing the delivery.
Have you ever been waiting on something you prayed for, and you just kept checking?
Checked once.
Checked again.
Checked a third time.
By the fourth check, you weren’t even checking anymore—you were investigating.
“God… where is it?”
You checked the email. Checked the account. Checked the phone. Checked the application. Checked the situation. Checked to see if anything had changed.
Nothing.
Now you’re frustrated.
Started fussing.
Started complaining.
And some of us—let’s just tell the truth—might’ve even done a little more cussing.
“Lord, I have been waiting FOREVER!”
But Scripture says:
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time… though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” — Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV)
There is an appointed time.
And just because it hasn’t arrived on your timetable doesn’t mean God has forgotten your address.
Because sometimes, after all that checking, worrying, fussing, pacing, and trying to figure out what God is doing…
Here comes God.
And He doesn’t come empty-handed.
He comes with the answer wrapped in a BIG BOW.
There’s your confirmation.
There’s your YES.
There’s your AMEN.
There’s your “You can have it.”
There’s your “I got you.”
There’s the favor.
There’s the provision.
There’s the opportunity.
There’s the abundance.
There’s the breakthrough.
There’s the answer you’ve been praying about.
And suddenly you’re standing there looking at God like…
“Ohhhhhhh. So THIS is what You were doing.”

But before you start celebrating,
Go apologize.
“Lord, forgive me for being impatient.
Forgive me for complaining while You were working.
Forgive me for assuming silence meant inactivity.
Forgive me for trying to put You on my schedule.
And Lord… about that fussing and cussing…
please forgive that too. Amen.”
Because Isaiah 60:22 says:
“…I the LORD will hasten it in his time.” — Isaiah 60:22 (KJV)
Catch those last three words:
IN. HIS. TIME.
Not when you become anxious.
Not because you checked the tracking number seventeen times.
Not because you refreshed the page again.
Not because you gave God until Friday.
In His time.
And sometimes the wait is doing something in you while God is handling what you’re waiting for.
So keep praying.
Keep preparing.
Keep believing.
And yes, stop checking every five minutes.
God heard you.
God sees you.
God has not misplaced your prayer.
And when what He has appointed for you arrives, you may understand why it couldn’t come earlier.
So when that confirmation comes…
When the door opens…
When provision shows up…
When favor finds you…
When the answer finally arrives…
When you look around and realize you’re standing in something you once prayed for…
Don’t forget to look toward heaven and say:
“God, thank You for not letting my impatience rush Your timing.”
Because what felt late to you may have been right on schedule with God.
And…
when God puts the bow on it, you’ll know why you had to wait.
HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME.
