A Kiss from Rose | God Will Show You
GOD WILL SHOW YOU: “I AM THE DELIVERER”
I need Him more than I need everything figured out.
There are moments when God allows us to discover something powerful: everything does not have to be held together by our own hands.
God is indispensable. People can help me. Resources can assist me. Relationships can encourage me. But God is the One I ultimately depend on.
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 (KJV)
So I will not call myself a mess because I’m walking through something messy.
I will not mistake a difficult season for a destroyed life.
My life will not implode. I will not collapse. I will stand.
Why?
Because my stability isn’t based solely on how strong I feel. I’m leaning on Someone stronger than me.
God is my rescuer.
When the weight becomes heavy, He carries me. When I don’t know what to do next, He guides me. When my strength feels small, His remains sufficient.
And when I become tempted to rush because I want answers immediately, I will remember:
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles…” — Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)
Waiting isn’t always inactivity.
Sometimes waiting is refusing to make a permanent decision because of temporary pressure.
Sometimes waiting says, “God, I trust Your timing more than I trust my urgency.”
Think about the Israelites at the Red Sea. The water was in front of them. Pharaoh’s army was behind them. From their perspective, everything looked impossible.
But Moses told them:
“Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD…” — Exodus 14:13 (KJV)
And God made a way where there wasn’t one before.

You don’t have to fall apart because everything hasn’t come together yet.
Stand.
You don’t have to rush because the answer hasn’t arrived yet.
Wait.
You don’t have to rescue yourself from everything.
Let God be God.
I will stand.
I will breathe.
I will pray.
I will wait.
I will trust.
And I will watch God show me again:
“I AM YOUR DELIVERER.”
I need God.
And because the One holding me cannot collapse, I don’t have to live afraid that everything beneath me will.
