Sometimes the biggest obstacle standing between you and your next blessing isn’t the enemy—it’s you. We often ask God to open doors, send opportunities, restore relationships, and increase our favor, yet our own attitudes, unforgiveness, pride, fear, disobedience, impatience, or unwillingness to trust Him can quietly block what we’ve been praying for. God is ready to move, but He also desires willing hearts that are prepared to receive what He has already planned.

Don’t allow yesterday’s hurt to make you miss today’s opportunity. Don’t let bitterness replace gratitude or fear replace faith. Be careful not to reject the very people, lessons, or seasons God is using to prepare you for your next level. Sometimes the blessing doesn’t arrive in the package you expected, and if you’re only looking one way, you may miss what God is doing another way.

Keep your heart clean. Keep your spirit teachable. Walk in forgiveness. Be quick to obey God’s voice, even when it doesn’t make sense. Stay humble enough to be corrected and faithful enough to keep serving while you wait. Every act of obedience positions you for what God has already ordained.
