A Kiss from Rose | Declarations and Affirmations
Today’s Declaration — I Declare a Life That Fits
Today, I declare that I am no longer squeezing myself into spaces, routines, relationships, expectations, or versions of life that require me to constantly adjust myself just to survive them. I declare that God is bringing my life into a beautiful fit—where what I carry has somewhere healthy to land, where what I give is properly received, and where what I need is not treated as too much. I declare days with breathing room, conversations that don’t require recovery, relationships where care flows naturally, opportunities that complement my gifts, and environments where I can exhale. I will recognize the difference between something that challenges me to grow and something that continuously drains me. I welcome a life where peace fits, laughter fits, healthy love fits, prosperity fits, rest fits, and I fit without having to become smaller.
Today’s Affirmation — Good Can Be Normal for Me
I affirm that goodness does not have to feel unusual in my life. I am learning to let beautiful things stay beautiful without waiting for something to ruin them. A peaceful day can simply be a peaceful day. A sincere person can simply be sincere. An opportunity can arrive without hidden trouble attached to it. A relationship can be healthy without confusion being the proof that it matters. I can have enough without immediately preparing for lack. I can experience consistency without wondering when it will disappear. I can wake up happy without needing a reason to distrust my happiness. I welcome a rhythm of life where being loved, considered, supported, respected, provided for, and at peace becomes familiar rather than foreign.
“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.” — Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)
💌 Grandma’s Corner
Maybe the next beautiful thing God teaches you isn’t how to endure another difficult season.
Maybe He teaches you how to live comfortably inside a good one.
No chaos required.
No catch.
No apology.
Just goodness—and the grace to finally let yourself enjoy it.
