I AM WORTHY OF MY OWN LOVE!

Because loving myself is not selfish. It’s necessary!

MY DECLARATION

I WILL NO LONGER NEGLECT MYSELF WHILE SHOWING UP FOR EVERYBODY ELSE!

I declare that I am worthy of love, respect, kindness, peace, and consideration—including my own!

I will stop criticizing myself for every mistake, comparing my journey to somebody else’s, and allowing my past to determine how I see my future.

I will honor my needs, protect my peace, establish healthy boundaries, and give myself permission to rest without guilt.

I can acknowledge where I need to grow without tearing myself down in the process.

I WILL LOVE MYSELF ENOUGH TO BE HONEST WITH MYSELF, ACCOUNTABLE TO MYSELF, AND GOOD TO MYSELF!

MY AFFIRMATION

I AM NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT IN MY OWN LIFE!

I deserve the same compassion I so freely extend to others.

My feelings matter. My well-being matters. My voice matters.

I can say no without being unkind, say yes without feeling obligated, and walk away from what consistently diminishes my dignity.

I am allowed to celebrate my progress, forgive myself for past mistakes, and enjoy the person I am becoming.

I don’t have to be perfect to be valuable, and I don’t have to earn my worth through constant sacrifice.

I CAN LOVE OTHERS DEEPLY WITHOUT LOVING MYSELF LESS!

And from this day forward, I will remember:

SELF-LOVE ISN’T THINKING I’M BETTER THAN ANYBODY ELSE. IT’S FINALLY UNDERSTANDING THAT I’M NOT LESS THAN ANYBODY ELSE!
