A Kiss from Rose | Declaration

Today I declare that I am not perfect, and I do not have to pretend to be. I am perfectly and wonderfully

made.

I release the need to appear flawless.

I release the pride that makes me point outward instead of looking inward.

I release judgment that forgets I, too, am still growing.

I declare that I am accountable.

I am teachable.

I am moldable in the hands of God.

Where I have judged harshly, I choose grace.

Where I have criticized, I choose compassion.

Where I have elevated myself, I choose humility.

I declare that I will examine my own heart before I examine someone else’s life.

I will correct myself before I attempt to correct the world.

I will extend the same mercy I pray is extended to me.

I am not called to be perfect.

I am called to be transformed.

I am growing.

I am learning.

I am becoming better daily.

And today, I choose humility over ego,

growth over pride,

and grace over condemnation.

In every space I enter, I walk in awareness,

integrity,

and truth.

I declare it.

I receive it.

I live it.
