A Kiss from Rose| December 16th

Have you ever felt like things we just unraveling at the seams? Your life, marriage, or even friendships? Are you overwhelmed with the things that are going on with your business or lack thereof? Are you feeling you are at your limit? You breaking point? Well, you are certainly not alone, countless people feel that way all around the world. Some hold it in, some break down and cry, some just walk away from everything. What are you doing to keep it all together? Well, I hope that praying is top of your list. The reality is some people often feel like not even prayer works. Well, we all know that is not true, prayer does work, according to His will and His timing. That is the part we forget, it isn't when we want it, but it will come on time. Nevertheless, I do understand the "feeling". Taking some time to get away is helpful as well. You don't have to spend thousands of dollars on a vacation. Sometimes you can just simply go to a friend's house for breakfast, and lay down on their couch while having a conversation. You can also just go to one of their rooms and take a nap. Whether you go out to lunch, with friends, have a staycation, or shutdown your home and watch movies all day; get yourself some me time and not think about anything.

Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Talk to God, ask Him to restore you. Ask Him to pour His love and strength down on you so that you can continue to fulfill His purpose. Just don't give up, the joy is on the other side.

Isaiah 40:31 says, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Psalm 142:3, He tells us, “When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then You knew my path.”

Matthew 11:28, He promises us, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
