A Kiss from Rose | A Prayer for Closure, Peace, and Moving Forward

Heavenly Father,

Today, I release into Your hands everything that has come to an end. Every unanswered question, every disappointment, every hurt, every delay, and every chapter You have allowed to close. Give me the grace to let go of what no longer serves Your purpose for my life.

Lord, surround me with Your perfect peace—the kind of peace that quiets my mind, heals my heart, and anchors my soul. Let me not dwell on what was, but remain hopeful for what is to come. According to Philippians 4:7, let Your peace guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Father, order my steps according to Psalm 37:23. Lead me into every place You have prepared for me and away from every place You have not. May every decision I make be directed by Your wisdom, every door You open be filled with favor, and every path I walk bring glory to Your name.

Help me to move forward without bitterness, regret, or fear. Give me the courage to embrace new beginnings, knowing that Your plans for me are good—to give me a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Let what is behind me remain behind me, and let what is ahead of me be greater than anything I’ve left behind.

Today, I choose closure.

I choose peace.

I choose faith.

And I choose to trust the God who is already waiting for me in my next season.
