Three little words can be the most difficult words to say. Words like "I need help." It seems simple, yet many can not build themselves up to say those words. Why? Well, fear, of course. Fear of what others may say. Fear of not receiving the help they need. Fear of being laughed at by their peers. Fear of appearing not to have it all together. Fear of criticism.
Some may want to avoid others in their business. No matter the reason, we all should be able to tell someone those three simple words, "I need help." In most cases, the person needing help is hoping someone is paying attention to their signals, which is not fair. Nevertheless, I get it.
Check on the people you are surrounded by to see if they are ok. Pray for everyone around you that God answers their prayers, sees their signals, and allows you to be there as a comforting and sincere ear.
How often have you wanted to utter the words, "I need help," but did not because of fear?
How often have you held your "I need help" to yourself?
Father, in the name of Jesus, comfort those people holding in those words, "I need help." Allow them to be freed of those strongholds. Comfort them and send them earthy angels to be there for them. Take away the judging eyes of others. Father, give them peace within their mind, body, and soul. In Jesus' name, amen.
