Sometimes life will feel like a fight you didn’t sign up for.
Blows coming from directions you didn’t expect.
People swinging with words, actions, intentions—
trying to shake you, break you, stop you.
And the truth is…
Sometimes you don’t block every hit.
Sometimes you feel it.
Sometimes it lands.
Sometimes it stings.
But you don’t stop walking.
You stay the course.
Because this isn’t just a fight…
It’s a test.
Not just for you—
For them too.
See, while they’re swinging…
Beating their chest.
Talking loud.
Claiming victory.
They don’t even realize what’s really happening.
They’re not winning.
They’re being watched.
📖 Ephesians 6:11
“Put on the whole armour of God…”
They don’t know you’re covered.
Fully.
Head to toe.
They don’t know those hits aren’t landing the way they think they are.
Because what they see is you standing there.
What they don’t see…
Is you praying.
Calm.
Focused.
Watching every move like it’s happening in slow motion.
Not reacting.
Not folding.
Not breaking.
Just standing.
And that confuses people.
Because they expect reaction.
They expect retaliation.
They expect you to match their energy.
But you don’t.
Because you understand something they don’t.
This isn’t your battle.
📖 Exodus 14:14
“The Lord shall fight for you…”
So while they’re taking swings…
You’re taking it to God.
While they’re trying to tear you down…
God is building something in you.
While they think they’re proving a point…
They’re failing a test.
A test of character.
A test of integrity.
A test of how they handle what—and who—God allowed in their space.
And here’s the part they don’t see coming.
If someone is standing there…
taking everything you’ve got…
and still not breaking…
Still not responding the way you expected…
Still walking…
You might want to pay attention.
Because that’s not weakness.
That’s control.
That’s covering.
That’s confidence in something greater than the moment.

And they will…
It won’t be loud.
It won’t be messy.
It will be God.
Settling.
Shifting.
Revealing.
