A Kiss from Rose | Friday’s Prayer

Father God,

Thank You for bringing me to the end of this week.

Through every high and every low…

every win and every challenge…

You carried me.

And for that, I say thank You.

📖 Psalm 118:24

“This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Lord, as I close out this week…

I release everything that tried to weigh me down.

The stress.

The frustration.

The unanswered questions.

The moments that didn’t go as planned.

I lay it at Your feet.

Renew me.

Restore my energy.

Refresh my mind.

Recenter my spirit.

Let peace replace pressure.

Let joy replace heaviness.

Let clarity replace confusion.

📖 Isaiah 40:31

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…”

Father, prepare me for what’s next.

Whatever this weekend holds…

Let it be covered.

Cover my going and my coming.

My rest and my movement.

My conversations and my thoughts.

Protect me from anything not aligned with You.

Seen and unseen.

Known and unknown.

Let no negativity follow me into my rest.

📖 Numbers 6:24-26

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee…”

Bless my home.

Bless my loved ones.

Bless everything connected to me.

Let favor rest on my life.

And Lord…

Teach me how to truly rest.

Not just physically…

But mentally and emotionally.

Let me unplug from what drains me

and reconnect to what restores me.

I trust You with what’s behind me

and what’s ahead of me.

Thank You for being faithful.

Thank You for never leaving me.

Thank You for covering me.

I seal this prayer in the name of Jesus.

It is done.

It is established.

It cannot be reversed.

Amen.
