Father God,
Thank You that I can turn to You.
Father, I do not desire to be a backslider.
I understand that I might be the only hope for some unbelievers. I do not wish to kill their hope or be why someone is not saved.
I do not strive in my actions to reflect that of a backslider.
Father, I pray I do not succumb to the temptation of backsliding in any area of my life.
I will devote myself to praying and being thankful.
Father, as I come to You, restore me.
Father, I desire to have a heart only for You.
Forgive me if I have changed anyone's heart for You or have backslid.
I ask and thank You for all of these things in Jesus’ name, amen.
