A Kiss from Rose| The Words of a Song Can Tell It All

Updated: Aug 24, 2021

Sometimes you have to go back to the old hymns of the church to get your point across. Sometimes the words will say what you need. Even a one-liner is enough! Let's look at some of the words to good ole hymns from back in the day and see if you remember any.

These are from my Jerusalem Baptist church choir days.

The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear

Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!

Lead me, guide me, along the way

Great is Thy faithfulness!

Down at the cross where my Savior died

Because He lives

Sweet hour of prayer, sweet hour of prayer

Did I forget any? What are some you remember?
