Fasting: Drink only water OR freshly squeezed/pressed fruits Eat fruits and vegetables only Be sure to stop to pray: Before Breakfast Before Lunch Before Dinner Before Bed And focus on scriptures: Isaiah 12 Psalm 118 2 Corinthians 9

Fresh Garden Salads Smoothies Fruit salad Fruit Cups Creamed Spinach and Parsnips Smoky Glazed Asparagus Chickpea and Spinach Stew Stir Fry Vegetables Caramelized Broccoli with Garlic Eggplant Parmesan (not topped with bread crumbs) Layered Eggplant, Zucchini and Tomato Casserole
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have any health limitations restricting you from fasting, please follow your doctor's orders. Please use discretion when participating; this is optional; we are not liable for any issues that may arise. Please do not cheat or add things in that not of the requirements, you are only cheating yourself; 24 hours is not a long time to dedicate yourself solely to the Lord.

I want to specifically pray for anyone who may be: in the hospital, in jail, disabled, or struggling with homelessness, drug, alcohol, or sex addictions. So, please include them in your prayer.
