A Kiss from Rose| Double Check Your Checklist

There is nothing like being able to check yourself. In any situation, you have to look at yourself. Maintain a checklist so you have a reminder of the things you need to keep in check. Holding a grudge? Use your checklist. Think you are wrong? Use your checklist. Things not adding up? Use your check list. Once you have gone over your checklist, pray. Heck, pray before, during and after the checklist.

Acknowledgement - Acceptance of the truth or existence of something.

Accountability- The ability and/or duty to report (or give account of) on events, tasks, and experiences; taking ownership of the results that have been produced.

Responsibility- Focuses on the defined roles of each team member and what value they can bring to the table because of their specific position.

Apology - A regretful acknowledgment of an offense or failure.

Forgiveness- The action or process of forgiving or being forgiven. A conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they actually deserve.

Resolution- A firm decision to do or not to do something.
