When people are ready to celebrate your defeat. When they think you are doomed. When they think you have no other choice but to lose the battle and die or retreat. Look them dead in the eye as if you are looking through the fiery furnace (like the story of Daniel) and say "I will not bow". Stand on your faith and knowledge, " God is able and God will" be there with you. You are never defeated. You are standing with the Will of God and His purpose. So you will always have the victory. So give God the praise and stand on His word, because even when you see the fire, you will not get burned. Even others think you are going to lose they will see He is with you. So, tell them to look a little bit closer so they can see God is with you.
