A Kiss from Rose | Where is You G0-To

Is it necessary to have a few go-to scriptures? Did your mother or grandmother have a few?

At some point, your parents will not be there to talk to; neither will your friends. It would be best to find solace somewhere, and what better place than the Bible?

Take the time to find ten go-to scriptures that will or have kept you in hard times.

Are any of these on your list?

"The LORD remembers us and will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel" (Psalm 115:12).

"And through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me" (Genesis 22:18).

"If you will swear by my name alone, and begin to live good, honest lives and uphold justice, then you will be a blessing to the nations of the world, and all people will come and praise my name" (Jeremiah 4:2).

'My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and the LORD will again comfort Zion and again choose Jerusalem'" (Zechariah 1:17).

"Yet their Redeemer is strong; the LORD Almighty is his name. He will vigorously defend their cause" (Jeremiah 50:34).

"The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none." (Deuteronomy 28:12)

"Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let not your hands be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well." (Ecclesiastes 11:6)

What about these?

Romans 8:38-39

"For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Isaiah 41:10

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Lamentations 3:22–23

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Mark 10:27

"Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man, it is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God."
