A Kiss from Rose|October 20th

Find the beat within yourself to get your joy back. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Smile. Hug yourself. Laugh. Keep laughing. Why you may ask? Everything begins with you. Doesn't it feel good to smile? To have your eyes closed and think of nothing but whatever makes you happy? To have colorful memories dance in your mind of the wonderful things that just make you smile on the inside. Some may picture God, a man or a woman, parents, or children. Some may picture that brand new luxury car or money. You may even picture the day you walked out of the hospital, a family gathering, your new home, or a vacation. Whatever it is, just enjoy the moment of a happy place. Feel the beat, the vibrations, and the energy of being truly happy. Taking a break from all of the chaos that is going on in the world is necessary for peace. It recharges your soul and frees your mind. Don't you deserve that moment? Take the time to bring a little joy into your life. If you don't do it, who will?

Think of some of these things to say daily to yourself to maintain your positivity level. Remember this is about YOU!

I am worthy.

I am special.

I am unique.

I will have and deserve all of the favored things God has for me.

I am loved.

I love myself.

I deserve and will be loved.

I am surrounded by love.

I will live.

I am happy.

I have support.

I am not alone.

I am covered in the blood of Jesus.

I am favored.

I have joy.

I have peace.

I am of sound mind.

I am protected by God.

I am debt-free.

I have everything I need.

I lack no good thing.

I am safe.

I will succeed.

I can and will complete any task successfully.

I have unexpected income from unexpected people and places.

Every door I walk in I have favor.

I will always have a good report.

In Jesus' Name Amen.
