A Kiss from Rose | November 20th

Sometimes we just need a few scriptures to make it through the day. Praying and talking to God is great, nevertheless having a few scriptures to line up with what you are saying is like a cherry on top. We know that God's word doesn't come back null and void. So giving His word back is not saying that He doesn't know what HE said, but more-so that you know what He said. I thought it would be great to list a few scriptures to keep in mind and something you can share with others. You never know when you might need them.

Scriptures: (Compassion)

He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker, but he who honors Him has mercy on the needy." (Proverbs 14:31)

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8)

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.” ( Matthew 7:1-2)

“Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” ( Galatians 6:2)

“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” ( Ephesians 4:31-32)

“For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.” ( James 3:17)

As some of us pass long drama filled tea, discord, and hatred; lets be sure we all change the narrative and pass along love, compassion and positivity.
