Almost everyone has experienced a cut before. Almost everyone has experienced a wound. Almost everyone has experienced healing before. Don't be so healed that you forget what it looks like to be wounded. Be able to recognize a wounded soul. Do you remember saying, no one understands, no one can see what I am going through or dealing with? Be able to have compassion and empathy for those who haven't experienced the joys of healing. Break the cycle of judgment. Start the cycle of a healing circle and a prayer circle. You never know when the next cut or wound will appear and will want that same compassion/empathy.
“Judge not, that you be not judged.2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.
