Who have you not shown appreciation to today? Who have you undervalued? Who have you not shown compassion or empathy? Who have you neglected? Who have you missed treated? Who have you not shown kindness or love towards? Who have you shown, it is all about YOU? Who have you left holding the bag? Who are you using? Who have you used? Who have you not apologize to? Who have you not been authentic to? Who have you had ill intentions toward? Who have you shown malice or hate towards? Who have you yelled at? Oh, not you? You have not done this to anyone in the past 30 days? You have not hurt anyone's feelings? How do you know? Have you asked? Are you paying attention? In the picture you see people enjoying one another and the view. Sharing love, kindness, and quality conversations. You can only do this with sincerity without doing the things listed above. Let's do more things with sincerity, love, and respect. Let's be more conscious of what WE are doing to the people around us. Because THEY know what they are experiencing from YOU.
Ephesians 4:29-32
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
