Rejoice. Be glad. Be blessed. There is always something to smile or be happy about, even if it is just a memory. Think about the good times in your life. We can choose what we focus on. The good or the bad. Let's make a conscious decision to focus on the good. The good part of those friendships. The good days in the marriage. The good times at the job. The funny moments with the family and the children. The praise breaks at the church. We all have at least one good memory or story. If you have to play that over and over in your head, the good times, that's alright. It will lift your spirits. It will make you happy, and it will make you a pleasure to be around. Do not alienate yourself from others being a "Debbie Downer", smile, you woke up this morning. What a blessing that is?
