Are you the rain coming in to refresh or to rot the people around you? Are you there to wash away the pain, or to wash away a foundation. Are you there to weaken the surface? Are you the sunlight coming in to bring brightness or to scorch and burn those around you? Have you been pouring damaging things onto yourself or others? Have your presence or words burned like the desert sun that never ends? Does your presence make those around you run for cover?
What can you do to change the negative narratives?
Father in the name of Jesus, I ask that You cover each person reading this today. I ask in Jesus' name that You ensure every one is the positive narratives for themselves and others they come in contact with. I pray that we all are a refreshing and cooling as a summer sprinkle of rain. I pray that we all are as warm as the kiss of the morning sun. I pray that we all are walking according to Your word. I pray we all are giving You the glory, honor, and praise. I pray our presence is received with joy and happiness. Lord, give us Your guidance and protection all the days of our lives. In Jesus' name, Amen.
